I had paper share of UPPER of few years back and I converted to my Demat few days back and I tried to apply to Right share now, but its not showing up in **Apply for Issue** section in meroshare.
Does it take few days or i missed out on right share?

Note: Share was listed on Demat Pending till yesterday but its counted in Current balance now in Meroshare.

I currently hold funds in both my international traveler account (2000 USD) and have an additional 200 USD in cash remained after my trip. I now need to transfer these funds to my regular bank account in Nepal, as i am running out of money. Would it be prudent to withdraw the money using dollar cash or travel card? I’ve been informed that the Nepalese government permits a yearly top-up of only USD 2500. Some bank representatives suggested opening a free dollar account and offered assistance with any further recommendations over card. Should I opt to exchange the usd cash or simply deposit the travel card dollars into the dollar account? It seems there may be some undisclosed nepal banking banking regulations at play.

After privatisation and Liberalisation public enterprises performed so badly. Many government owned enterprises collapsed?? I found something fishy in whole the process of privatisation. How Marwadi community so strongly dominated Nepalese business environment so early. ??? Please give your views 🙏

There is a discrepancy in TMS account. It is showing a utilized collateral of over 15k while I have stocks worth only over 7k. Where is the rest of 8k? It’s not shown as refundable amount or into anything.
Can someone explain this?

Hello/Namaste,
I hope everyone is doing fine.
I want to do a NEPSE investing experiment for twelve months starting Jan 2024 to Dec 2024. I will buy shares of 10 different companies suggested by our highly esteemed members of r/nepalstock for every month of 2024. I plan to invest around ten thousand rupees per stock and one lakh total per month for those twelve months. I hope to buy stocks that cost Rs. 10,000 or less for 10 units (eg. I can’t buy UNL shares which is 35k for a single unit).
So, could you please input your favourite stock, one from each sector mentioned below, if you have the time?
1. Commercial Bank
2. Development Bank
3. Finance
4. Hotel & Tourism
5. Hydropower
6. Investment
7. Life Insurance
8. Manufacturing and Products
9. Microfinance
10. Non-Life Insurance
I will select stocks that are mentioned the most by not new/recent accounts. I would love to hear your reasoning for selecting particular stock(s) but it is not compulsory.
Thank you for your kindness and I will share the results in the future. I hope this is not too much to ask.
Cheers

I have about 70 baht and 2 MYR left from my trip to Thailand and Malaysia. I’m currently in Nepal and I’m wondering where I can exchange this currency. Additionally, I also have some Singaporean coins.
