NICA hasn’t given dividend for 2 years now,but still has a higher price. What does the price of share depend on? And is it good to buy shares in NICA for long term?

Why no is talking about any broker app for trading in Nepal? Is there any problem or what ? Every country have advanced broker . In our country we are still very back in context of technology. Or am I wrong about it. Or we will still use outdated version in upcoming days . Should we be concerned about it . I think it’s time to bring app in our stock market as soon as possible. So we can grow fast in upcoming days.
If anyone is in contact with any broker please ask with them when will they lunch such technology.

I recently sold and bought some shares. My broker has already sent money to my account by deducting sold amount from bought amount. However, TMS still shows both those amounts in “payment due”. When I added some collateral, the bought amount is utilizing like 76% of my collateral. So will the issue sort itself out after some time or should I contact my broker?
Edit: Called my broker and the Issue is fixed
