My process was completely online and to this day I don’t know where there’re located.
They have very responsive team and they reply to emails very fast. No complaints till date. Highly recommended!

I registered mine in NASA Securities completely online. I don’t even know its exact location. However, I did have to visit the bank to get my DMAT initially.
I’d suggest you to open where somebody you know is working or is closer to your home.
