My demat was expired, i paid the due amount and the bank guy is telling me to visit tomorrow before they unfreeze my share, so i was wondering how much time do i have before a penalty is struck on me?

Can I buy and sell shares of the same company on the same day?
It takes many days for the shares to be added to my DMAT account when I buy. So, I was wondering, if I could do the following:
1. Buy 20 shares today.
2. Sell 10 the day it goes up. I still have 10 free shares remaining.
3. Buy 10 if it goes down after a while on the same day. I still only have 10 free shares.
4. Sell the remaining 10 if it goes up again.
5. Buy 10 more if it goes down. And so on.Basically, am I allowed to juggle my free shares like that? Maybe not the same day but even day by day. I don’t have a lot of money. I am trying to figure out how the share market works, what is allowed and what is not.

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) has recently allocated 15,82,000 units of right shares to its shareholders on the 12th of Ashwin. For those who didn’t receive these shares, the company will begin refunding their money starting on the 16th of Ashwin, 2080.
This offering of 35% right shares by the finance company was open from the 10th to the 31st of Bhadra, 2080. These 15,82,000 units of right shares were issued to eligible shareholders at a par value of Rs. 100, utilizing funds from the paid-up capital, which was initially Rs. 45.20 Crores. Consequently, with the issuance of these right shares in a ratio of 1:0.35, the company’s paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 61.02 Crores.

Cash bonus are usually distributed in around a month or so. But why do bonus share take so long to get distributed ?

Why did the prices of NIFRA shares drop the way it did?
NIFRA rised sharply at first and then dropped a little, which seemed like the prices were stabilizing or something like that. but now it has fallen way below the price of other similar shares. What may have caused this?

Nepal Warehouse Company Gets SEBON Approval for 13.65 Lakh Share IPO
Nepal Warehouse Company has obtained approval from SEBON (Securities Board of Nepal) to release 13.65 lakh ordinary shares to the public, with the offering scheduled for Ashoj 10, 2080.
The company has already established and initiated operations for a 40 MT warehouse in Sunsari and Parsa districts. Additionally, they are in the process of constructing a warehouse with a capacity of 15,000 MT in Kapilvastu, as mentioned in their official media statement.

If i sell my shares on thursday, edis date till friday or sunday ?
If i sell my shares on thursday, do i have time to edis till friday or sunday ?
The settlement data was shown till sunday. But now my edis is empty. Cant transfer.
UPDATE ::
my meroshare was showing frozen for debit. Just talked with bank and broker. I needed to call capital to renew my dmat (paid via connectips on friday). And also the bank branch sent a DIS check email to capital (Broker told to do so). Now just hoping i wont get a fine.
Finally, my share has been transfered. (after sending DIS cheque mail – around 30minutes)
