    “Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF),” a 10-year closed-end mutual fund managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, has reported an increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV) for Mangsir. According to the financial report, the NAV stands at Rs. 9.68 at the end of Mangsir 2080, up from Rs. 9.16 in the previous month. With a total fund of Rs. 1.50 Arba, SEF has invested in listed shares, public issues, right shares, bonus shares, bonds/debentures, fixed deposits, and maintains a bank balance. The fund reports a net loss of Rs. 5.36 Crores in Mangsir, a significant improvement from the net loss of Rs. 13.07 Crores in the previous month.

    Similarly, “Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS),” an open-end fund without a maturity period and a fund size of Rs. 57.83 crores for Mangsir, has unveiled its NAV report. The NAV increased to Rs. 9.00 from Rs. 8.54 in the previous month. Investments in listed shares, public issues, FDs, bonds/debentures, and a bank balance are highlighted. SSIS reports a profit of Rs. 25.67 lakhs in Mangsir, rebounding from a loss of Rs. 2.34 crores in the previous month.

    Furthermore, “Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 2 (SIGS2),” a 10-year closed-end mutual fund, managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, reports an increased NAV of Rs. 9.68 in Mangsir, compared to Rs. 9.12 in the previous month. With a total fund of Rs. 1.20 Arba, SIGS2 has invested in listed shares, public issues, right shares, bonus shares, bonds/debentures, FDs, and maintains a bank balance. The fund reports a net loss of Rs. 4.32 crores in Mangsir, improving from a net loss of Rs. 11.11 crores in the previous month.

    Lastly, “Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme – 3 (SIGS3),” a 10-year closed-end fund with an NAV of Rs. 10.34 in Mangsir, up from Rs. 9.78 in the previous month, has a fund size of Rs. 80.58 Crores. The fund has invested in listed shares, public issues, FDs, bonds/debentures, and maintains a bank balance. SIGS3 reports a net profit of Rs. 21.77 lakhs in Mangsir, a positive shift from the net loss of Rs. 4.28 Crores in the previous month.

The NAV for the period is Rs. 10.31, reflecting an increase from Rs. 9.95 in the previous month. The scheme, starting with a fund size of Rs. 75.50 crores, has allocated Rs. 40.74 crores to shares of listed companies and Rs. 21.77 crores to debentures. Additionally, Rs. 54.92 lakhs have been invested in non-listed shares, and the bank balance stands at Rs. 11.07 crores.     Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) has released its third-quarter report for the fiscal year 2079/80, revealing a net loss of Rs. 23.79 crores. In comparison, the company had incurred a loss of Rs. 28.90 crores during the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

    Despite reducing its administrative and other expenses by 46.03% to Rs. 3.36 crores up to the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year, SSHL has witnessed an increase in financial expenses from Rs. 27.75 crores to Rs. 31.93 crores. This rise in financial expenses has adversely affected the company’s profitability.

    On a positive note, SSHL has achieved a 49.55% increase in revenue generation from the sale of electricity, amounting to Rs. 26.80 crores up to the third quarter of FY 079/80.

    SSHL maintains a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.47 Arba but has a negative reserve and surplus.

    However, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) ratio stands at a negative Rs. -16.12, and its net worth per share is below par at Rs. 59.73.

    According to the company’s management analysis, SSHL has not been able to improve liquidity and balance since the second quarter of FY 2079/80, which has negatively impacted its profitability.

    Furthermore, the company reports that its Upper Chaku A Hydropower Project, with a capacity of 22.2 MW, located in Bhote Koshi rural municipality of Sindhupalchok district, has commenced commercial operation from 2078/02/01.

    Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited (AKJCL) has released their Q3 financial report for the FY 2079/80, revealing a significant decrease of 71.59% in net profit compared to the same quarter in the previous year, with the current net profit standing at Rs. 86.52 Lakhs. Total revenue up to the third quarter of FY 2079/079 has also decreased by 11.09% to Rs. 15.4 crores. However, AKJCL will receive a grant of Rs. 4.62 crore from the Nepalese government for the installation of Ankhu Khola-1, which has not yet been included in their revenue. Additionally, the company has signed an agreement to invest 60% in Ganesh Himal Hydropower’s 20 M.W. Ankhu Khola-2 Hydropower project. The administrative and general expenses have increased by 18.37%, while the finance expenses have decreased by 7.26%. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 80 crore with a negative reserve of Rs. 23 crore in reserve fund, and the company reported an annualized EPS of Rs. 1.44 and net worth per share of Rs. 71.25.

    The company will now issue 1,231,250 equity shares with NPR 100 par value each. The issue is worth Rs. 12.31 crore. This is equivalent to 25% of the company’s issued capital. After the IPO, the company’s total paid-up capital would be Rs 49.25 crores.

    The fund size for NI 31 will be Rs. 15 crores divided into 1.5 crore units with a par value of Rs.10 per unit. On Chaitra 16, the application was submitted to SEBON. The mutual fund scheme’s fund manager is Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Nabil Bank, on the other hand, is the scheme’s Fund Sponsor.
