    From the 19th of Baisakh, 2080, the firm would issue 59,94,420 unit shares with a face value of Rs 100. This IPO is expected to generate Rs 59.94 crore for the firm. This issue’s early closure date is on 24th Baisakh, and if it is not completely subscribed, it can be prolonged until 2nd Jestha, 2080.

Yesterday, the cost remained unchanged at Rs. 110,200 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is currently trading for Rs. 108,800. In contrast, the cost was kept at Rs. 109,650 per tola yesterday.

    Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) has released its unaudited quarterly report for the fiscal year 2079/80’s third quarter.

    When compared to the same quarter last year, the company’s deposits fell by 2.11% to Rs.4.40 Arba, while loans and advances increased by 2.84% to Rs.3.39 Arba. The company’s CAR is now 10.20%, down from 11.12% earlier.

    The bank has Rs. 50.28 crore in paid-up capital. At this capital, the bank’s EPS is Rs. 4.60, and its net worth is Rs. 118.20.

    Janaki Finance Limited (JFL) reported a 70.76 percent decrease in net profit in the third quarter (Q3) of fiscal year 2079/80.

    According to a report released today by the financing company, its net profit fell to Rs 1.53 crore in the third quarter from Rs 5.24 crore in the previous quarter.

    In Q3, Janaki Finance had a paid-up capital of Rs 69.04 crore and reserves of Rs 29.82 crore. The firm also has Rs. 19.5 crores in negative retained earnings.

    JFL has collected Rs 3.34 arba in deposits and has issued Rs 2.62 arba in loans and advances.

    On the other side, the company’s NPL has climbed by a staggering 391.67% to 23.60%.

    Dolti Power Company Limited offered 12,71,861 units worth Rs 12.71 crores to the general public as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) (Chaitra 28, 2079- Baisakh 3, 2080).According to the allocation module, a total of 1,27,186 candidates were assigned 10 units each by lottery, with one lucky applicant receiving an additional unit, while the rest 11,41,760 applicants were returned with empty hands.

    The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has authorized Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited’s proposed initial public offering (IPO) on Baisakh 06, 2080.

    The corporation will now distribute 7,943,801 unit shares. A total of 3,97,190 unit shares are reserved for project-affected locals, while the remaining 75,46,611 unit shares are designated for the general public. The IPO would be issued by the corporation by adding a premium of Rs 300 to the face value of Rs 100, for a total of Rs 400 for project-affected people. Similarly, shares for the general public will be issued at Rs 435 after a premium of Rs 345 is added to the face value.

    Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has released its third-quarter report for fiscal year 2079/80, which shows 22.96% increase in net profit. In the third quarter of fiscal year 2079/80, the bank’s profit grew to Rs 3.046 arba. Following the merger, the bank has total paid-up capital of Rs. 34.12 Arba, reserves of Rs. 23.89 Arba, retained earnings of Rs 1.27 Arba, and share premium of Rs 20.78 Crore.
