    Mutual Fund Scheme of Global IME Capital "


     

    The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has recently added “Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II” to its latest list of mutual fund scheme pipeline status.

    The Global IME Samunnat Yojana-II will have a fund size of Rs. 1.2 Arba divided into 12 Crore units with a par value of Rs.10 each. On Chaitra 19, the application was submitted to SEBON. The mutual fund scheme’s fund manager is Global IME Capital. Global IME Bank, on the other hand, is the scheme’s Fund Sponsor.

    From the overall offer of 20 lakh units, 12 lakh units were subscribed through private placement, while the remaining 8 lakh units worth Rs. 80 crores were open for public issue, with 5% reserved for mutual funds.

    As the name implies, the “7.5% Everest Bank Limited Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2089” would provide unit holders with 7.5% yearly yields till maturity, which is in the year 2089 BS (10 years).

    The company will now issue 1,231,250 equity shares with NPR 100 par value each. The issue is worth Rs. 12.31 crore. This is equivalent to 25% of the company’s issued capital. After the IPO, the company’s total paid-up capital would be Rs 49.25 crores.

    According to the information, the company will offer a Rs 63 bonus for up to 9 years of life insurance, Rs 64 for 10 to 20 years, Rs 70 for 21 to 25 years, and Rs 85 for 26 years and above per Rs 1000 of insured amount. According to the media statement, the company will also provide Rs 64 for up to 9 years of term insurance and full life insurance, Rs 64 for 9 to 20 years, Rs 70 for 21 to 25 years, and Rs 85 for 26 years and above.
