Is it possible to change demat account to one bank from another?

I just want to transfer all my demat information from Nepal SBI to nabil and just never use or delete the SBI account. they have very poor customer service and never reply to emails and their mobile banking sucks. I am not in Nepal so is it possible to do it with same demat account. Thank you.
