Contact broker. They will give you a form to fill.
The deal will be cancelled and you will have to pay 20% of deal value as compensation/penalty for non delivery. You pay to your broker and they pricess the rest. Its just a massive non-sensical loss.
The fine will be charged 20% of the selling amount if the stock was not transferred within 2 days after the transaction.
