Two major types of dividends are distributed:
-Bonus Share will be directly transferred to your Demat Account.
-Cash Dividends will be directly deposited to your attached bank account.
The case differs if there is to pay taxes. Somewhile the company had paid it out too.

Cash Dividend sidhai bank ma aaucha. Bonus share directly to dmat account. Directly transfer huncha, no broker in between.
