Recently broker has started charging additional amount when they transfer amount to the clients account. Was there any official news on this implementation?
Previously they used to send money directly to my Global account without any charge.
When I asked them why they are charging now, they said they are transfering via esewa?
Is this official and applicable for all broker?

Probably not, they are probably scamming you thinking you would ignore the small fee.
