    Why are a lot of companies issuing premium IPOs? Even if they aren’t listed in NEPSE yet. Please educate me.

    Why can’t AKPL shareholder apply for right share of the bonus share?


    Book close date for 10% bonus share of AKPL was 2022-11-04. Book close date for AKPL 1:1 right share was 2023-07-10. AKPL distributed bonus late i.e. only at 2023-07-20. So shouldn’t we get right share of bonus as well?( as price was adjusted accordingly). But we can’t apply right of the bonus share currently.

  • UPPER not showing in meroshare and cannot fill right for it

    UPPER not showing in meroshare and cannot fill right for it


    I think my father got those shares( probably from NLKosh. So these shares should automatically show in his demat or else what should be done? I don’t know if he has certificates.
    Please give me sure shot answers.

    Maile share becheko ra paisa pani aayo bank tara sell information ma still payment due dekhako xa testo kina hola??… becheko share ko paisa settelment garne broker ko kam ho ki k ho?? I am very beginner in tms just trying to learn it.. Thanks

    Is it not mandatory for a company which is listed or being listed in stock exchange to be transparent with these reports in SEBON ? Like a recent company issuing IPO Hathaway. I checked its website investor relation section and these sections are blank (Link below).

    Also I noticed that in the company website they are saying they have portfolio in GBIME Bank and GBIME Capital is its merchant bank, which a subsidiary of GBIME Banks, is it allowed in SEBON Law ?

    I am not aware, just curious.
