Vishal Group Auctions 7,00,000 Promoter Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company


Vishal Group Limited has announced the auction of 7,00,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC). The auction begins today, 5th Bhadra, and will remain open until 8th Ashwin, 2081.

The auction is exclusively for eligible promoter shareholders of NRIC. The minimum bid rate is set at Rs. 450 per share, with a minimum bid quantity of 1,00,000 units.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the auction manager for this sale.

As of now, NRIC shares have a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 903.10.
