After growing steadily since Dashain, the price of gold in the Nepali market has dipped by Rs 600 per tola on Wednesday, according to the National Gold Council. The price of gold in the domestic market has been set at Rs 92,000 per tola, according to market sources.
On Tuesday, the yellow gold was trading at Rs 92,600 a tola on the Indian market. According to data issued by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver DealersR17; Association, the price of standard gold on Wednesday is Rs 91,500 per tola, down from the previous dayR17;s price of Rs 92,100 per tola of standard gold.
According to the federation, the price of silver has dropped by Rs 15 per tola, bringing it down to Rs 1,250 per tola. On Tuesday, silver was trading at Rs 1,265 per tola on the Indian market. According to the Federation, the price of gold and silver in Nepal should be fixed in accordance with the transaction price of the worldwide market.
