The Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank (NCCB) holds an annual general meeting to approve an 8.42 percent dividend.


The 24th Annual Meeting of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has been scheduled on 29th Poush, 2078. The meeting would begin at 11 a.m. that day in Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu.

The AGM will approve an 8.42 percent dividend for fiscal year 2077/78, among other items on the agenda. The board of directors decided to disburse the dividend on the paid-up of Rs. 10.31 Arba at their 873rd meeting on 14. The proposal is for 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 82.51 crores and a 0.42 percent cash dividend (including tax) of Rs. 4.34 crores.

The book will be closed on Poush 12th. As a result, shareholders who held shares prior to that date are entitled to the dividend payment and are welcome to attend the AGM.

After dividend adjustment, the paid-up will be Rs. 11,13,96,78,014. NCCB’s LTP is Rs. 268.90 at the time of writing.
