The hotel, which will have 108 guest rooms, will be located in the Kamaladi district. According to the terms of the deal between Marriott International and International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotel Pvt Ltd, the Moxy Kathmandu is scheduled to open in 2025.

In addition, the hotel will have a fully equipped fitness centre as well as an outdoor swimming pool.
