Buddha Bhumi Hydropower Company Limited has completed its initial public offering (IPO) of 8,00,000 units of ordinary shares today with great success.
With effect from Ashwin-11, 2078, the business has issued a total of 800,000 units of shares, representing approximately 20% of the total issued capital. Mutual funds accounted for 40,000 out of the total of 800,000 units, or 5% of the overall sales volume. Only 2 percent of the total units, or 14,000 units, were reserved for corporate employees, while the rest 7,44,000 units were reserved for members of the general public.
For the initial public offering (IPO), Civil Capital Market Limited has been designated as the issue manager. According to the issue manager, a total of 2,69,20,120 units have been applied for by a total of 21,42,000 applicants.
