The 17th Annual General Meeting of Sanima Bank comes to a close.


The 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Limited was held on Sunday, October 31, 2020, and was successfully ended.


The conference to a close with the decision to take the appropriate health precautions against Covid 19. However, in order to ensure the greatest number of shareholders may participate, the meeting was also held digitally. Ms. Binaya Kumar Shrestha serves as the chairman of the AGM, which has approved a 17 percent bonus as well as 0.8947 percent Cash Dividend for the company.

Dr. Keshab Prasad Acharya, Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, and Mrs. Gayatri Thapa were unanimously elected to the of Directors at the bank’s 17th Annual General Meeting, while Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel and Mrs. Gayatri Thapa were re-elected to the bank’s Board of Directors at the 17th Annual General Meeting.

According to Sanima’s financial statements for fiscal year 2077/78, the bank had a net profit of NPR 2.32 on total deposits of NPR 130.88 billion and net loans and advances of NPR 123.17 billion, respectively, and total assets of NPR 160.75 billion. Total deposits, loan and advances, and total assets all increased by 18.88 percent, 31.45 percent, and 27.26 percent, respectively, when compared to the fiscal year (FY 2076/77).
