Siddhartha Bank (SBL) will have an AGM on Poush 30 to approve a 15% dividend increase.


On 30th Poush, 2078, Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) will have its 20th Annual General Meeting. The conference would begin at 11 a.m. that day at Silver Oak Banquet and Events in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.

AGM will approve a 15% dividend for fiscal year 2077/78, among other items on the agenda. On Kartik 7, the 381st meeting of the board of directors decided to issue the dividend on the Rs. 10.96 Arba paid-up capital. There has been a proposal for 14.25 bonus shares worth Rs 6 Arba and 0.75 cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) of Rs 8.22 crore.

The will be closed on Poush 18. As a result, shareholders held shares prior to that date are entitled to dividend payment and are welcome to attend the AGM.
