From today, Sanima Life Insurance Company has been issuing initial public offerings (IPOs) (Wednesday).
The company has issued 6,000,000 million first public offerings (IPOs) for Rs 600,000,000 at Rs 100 per share.
300,000 (5%) units of shares have been set aside for firm employees, while the same number of shares have been set aside for the collective mutual fund.
People in general can apply for the remaining 5.4 million shares starting August 4 and ending August 8 at the latest.
This company has been granted the CARE-NP BBB- rating by CARE Ratings Nepal, Nepal’s first credit rating agency.
