    Sanima Capital is paying its shareholders a cash dividend on its funds

    With effect from the 17th of Ashwin, Sanima Capital Limited will distribute a cash dividend of 33 per cent to of “Sanima Equity Fund” and a cash dividend of 4 per cent to unitholders of “Sanima Large Cap Fund.”

    In its dividend proposal the fiscal year 2077/78, Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) recommended a 33 per cent dividend increase. The board of directors, at its meeting on Bhadra 5, resolved to give a cash dividend in the amount of Rs. 42.90 crores to shareholders. A similar proposal was made by Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) for a 4 per cent cash distribution in the fiscal year 2077/78. The board of directors unanimously voted to distribute a cash dividend in the amount of Rs. 4.80 crores at their meeting.

    The closing date the was Ashoj 01 (January 1). As a result, who held their units prior to that date are eligible for the dividend payout.

    It will not be possible to deliver the cash dividend to those who have not authenticated their bank accounts in their Demat accounts, or who have not dematerialized their shares, unless and until they complete the relevant procedures. A No Objection or a Release Letter is required from investors who have taken out margin loans against the units of the funds, depending on when they took out the loan and how much they borrowed.
