Sanima Capital Announces Book Closure Date for Mutual Fund Dividend Distribution


Sanima Capital Limited has announced the book closure date for the dividend distribution of its closed-end mutual fund schemes. The book closure date has been set for 26th Bhadra, meaning unit holders who maintain their holdings until 25th Bhadra will be eligible for the dividend payout.

In a meeting held on 14th Bhadra, the board of directors of Sanima Capital Limited decided to distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2080/81. The Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) will provide a 15% cash dividend, including tax, amounting to Rs. 19.50 Crore. The Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) will distribute a 10% cash dividend, including tax, worth Rs. 12 Crore. Similarly, the Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) will offer a 10% cash dividend, including tax, totaling Rs. 6.72 Crore.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) for SAEF is reported at Rs. 11.55, with a closing value of Rs. 12.40. The NAV for SAGF stands at Rs. 11.35, closing at Rs. 10.70. Meanwhile, the NAV for SLCF is Rs. 10.35, with a closing value of Rs. 10.56.
