Samata Gharelu Laghubitta (SMATA) is distributing a 5% cash dividend to shareholders’ bank accounts.


Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) is paying 5% cash dividend to its stockholders straight into their bank accounts.

The company’s 8th Annual General Meeting, held on the 7th of Poush in 2078, approved 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The board of directors voted to distribute 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend from the -up at their 118th meeting on Kartik 15. The company’s -up capital is Rs. 28,56,20,160. As result, the bonus shares are worth little more than Rs 5.71 crore, while the cash dividend is worth Rs 1.42 crore.

The cash dividend will now be distributed to bank accounts in the same manner as before. The dividend will be distributed once those who have validated their bank accounts in their Demat accounts and have dematerialized their shares have completed the relevant procedures. Furthermore, on when they the loan, investors who took margin loans against the company’s shares must provide No Objection Letter or a Release Letter.
