Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL) holds an annual general meeting to approve a dividend of 16.6313 percent.
Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 6th of Poush, 2078. The meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, and will begin at 11 a.m. on the scheduled day.
The AGM will also approve a 16.6313 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78, among other items on the agenda. The dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 16.08 Arba was decided at a meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 22. The dividend was distributed to the shareholders. It has been suggested to issue 16 percent bonus shares and pay a 0.6313 percent cash dividend (for tax reasons).
Furthermore, the AGM shall elect or appoint a member of the board of directors from among the public shareholders.
The book will be closed on Mangsir 22, according to the calendar. As a result, shareholders who had their accounts in good standing before that date are eligible for the dividend payout and are welcome to attend the AGM. PCBL currently has an LTP of Rs. 458 as of the time of writing.
