NRIC Lists Over 60.86 Lakh Bonus Shares on NEPSE


Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has successfully listed 60,86,433.28 units of bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). These shares were approved during the company’s 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 17th Jestha, 2081, where a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80 was endorsed.

The company’s board of directors, during its 515th meeting on Baishakh 03, decided to distribute 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 60.86 Crore and a 0.25% cash dividend for tax purposes, amounting to Rs. 3.20 Crore. These distributions were calculated based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 12.81 Arba. The newly listed bonus shares are now available on NEPSE for trading.

NRIC currently holds a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs. 866.
