NEPSE Gains Only 12.53 Points and Ends the Day at 2,520.23.

The index closed today 2,520.23, up 12.53 points from yesterday’s close. On the index, this is a 0.5 percent gain. Yesterday, the index increased by 92.16 points.

There 229 scrips traded in 59,008 transactions. The Float index is now 173.04, up 0.43 percent, while the Sensitive index is now at 477.36, up 0.02 percent.

Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL), a revenue of Rs. 36.24 crores and a market price of Rs. 6,800 per share, had the highest turnover. The most actively traded stocks those of Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC).

 

 

 

Gurkhas Finance Limited (GUFL) lost the most 6.74 percent, while Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) gained the most 9.97 percent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Three sector indices fell, while ten others ended the day in the green. “Finance” dropped the most at 1.95 percent, while “Non-Life Insurance” grew the most by 3.56 percent.

 

 

 

Highlights from the Technical Analysis

The index began trading at 2,522.51 and had an intraday low of 2,485.55. It reached a high of 2,541.91 before closing at 2,520.23, which is extremely close to the market open. On the candlestick chart, this has resulted in the construction of a small-body candle lengthy wicks on both sides. Despite the fact that is higher today than it was yesterday, the candle is red because the index finished lower than the market open.
