Guruprasad Bhattarai, General Manager of Nepal Railway Company, has resigned from his position. He resigned from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, citing the government217;s request for clarification on areas outside of his professional responsibilities.
Under various pretexts, irrelevant concerns outside my official responsibilities, I received a letter of apology from the leaders of the coalition government217;s political parties and factions in a manner that stifles the freedom of speech guaranteed by the couple’s constitutional right. It’s stated in the resignation letter.
The letter states that he has decided to resign from his position, claiming that the drama of explanation has been created, claiming that there is no provision in the constitution despite the fact that he has been working honestly.
Bhattarai described the current administration as a gangster government constituted by unwelcome interests, saying that such a government could not be a beacon of anti-people operations.
