Nepal Bank has proposed a dividend of 17% to its shareholders.


On Poush 2, 2078, Nepal Bank’s 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2077-78 was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Suman Raj Aryal.


Apart from the standard financial reports, the AGM approved the board’s proposal to distribute 14 percent at Rs 1.76 arba and a 3% cash dividend worth Rs 37.91 crore to the company’s shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. After capitalization of the bonus shares, the bank’s new paid-up value will rise to Rs 14.40 arba.
