If this issue does not receive a sufficient number of subscriptions by Ashwin-25, 2078, the issue will be extended until Kartik-03, 2078.
Beginning in Ashwin-2078, the firm intends to issue a total of 9,000,000 units of shares, representing 15 percent of the entire issued capital of the company. Mutual funds account for 450,000 units, or 5%, of the total number of 9,000,000 units in circulation. 4 percent of the total units, or 360,000 units, are reserved for corporate employees, while the rest 8,190,000 units are reserved for the general public.
Applications for a minimum of ten units and a maximum of ten thousand units can be submitted simultaneously.
