In the first five months of the current fiscal year, Chitwan National Park has received more than 51,000 tourists.


Over 5, people visited Chitwan National Park (CNP) in the first five months of the current fiscal year 2021/22, which began in mid-July and ended in mid-December.

Ganesh Tiwari, the CNPR7;s information and assistant conservation officer, stated that 51,304 people visited the national park during this time period. According to him, the biggest of visitors was registered during the months of mid-October and the beginning of November. mid-October to mid-November, a total of 2,506 visitors came to the national park, followed by 19,580 visitors from mid-November to mid-December.

Similarly, 5,835 visitors visited CNP during the month of mid-September to mid-October, 2,977 during the month of mid-August to September, and 1906 during the month of mid-July to mid-August.

According to Tiwari, the CNP has so far collected Rs 2,995,150 in revenue visitors who have paid the entry fee.
