In its proposal for the fiscal year 2077/78, Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank (NCCB) proposes an 8 percent bonus share and a 0.02 percent cash dividend.
A decision was reached at the 873rd meeting of the board of directors, which was held on Mangsir 14, to give Rs. 10.31 Arba as a dividend on the company’s paid-up capital. The proposal calls for the issuance of 8 percent bonus shares worth Rs. 82.51 crores and the payment of a 0.02 percent cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 4.34 crores.
The dividend will be paid only if it has been approved by the central bank and approved by the company’s future annual general meeting. As of this writing, the NCCB has an LTP of Rs. 292, which is sufficient for its operations.
