In its proposal for fiscal year 2077/78, Manjushree Finance (MFIL) proposes 40 percent bonus shares and a 6 percent cash dividend.


In its proposed dividend for the fiscal 2077/78, Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has recommended a 46 dividend increase.

During the 213th meeting of the board of directors, which was held on Mangsir 24, it was agreed to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital in the amount of Rs. 93,53,94,892 to the shareholders of the company. A 40 bonus share distribution worth little more than Rs 38.61 crores and a 6 percent cash dividend (including tax) distribution worth Rs 5.79 crore have been recommended from the paid-up capital.

The dividend will be paid only if it has been approved by the central bank and approved by the company’s future annual meeting. As of writing, MFIL’s LTP is at Rs. 1,033.
