NMB Laghubitta has held its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 28, 2023, chaired by Sanjib Subba. During the meeting, the shareholders approved a 10% bonus share dividend worth Rs. 6.55 crore for the previous fiscal year. Additionally, the AGM granted the board the authority to pursue any merger or acquisition opportunities with other suitable institutions in the future.
