    Hard Rock Cafe Kathmandu opening its doors in October

    Hard Cafe Kathmandu will open its doors later this month at Sherpa Mall, Durbar Marg, in the heart of the city’s business district.

    The cafe will provide a menu inspired by the United States, as well as beverages even a culinary tribute to its new home city, as well as memorabilia from some of the biggest personalities in the music industry.     Clients will finally be able to sample the burgers that Hard is famous for, such as the Legendary Burger, which is made with a proprietary blend of buffalo meat and cheddar cheese, as well as crispy onion rings, leaf lettuce, and vine-ripened tomato, and is served with the restaurant’s signature steak sauce, among other things.

    The baby back pig ribs, which were specially from Denmark for Hard Cafe Kathmandu, are one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.
