Prime Commercial Bank Limited is holding an auction for the promoter shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The shares are being auctioned by Prime Commercial Bank Limited. The auction will begin today, on the 23rd of Kartik, and will conclude on the 1st of Mangsir, according to the Hindu calendar.
There will be an auction for 1,13,500 unit promoter shares. The auction has a minimum bid rate of Rs. 400 as its starting point. While the minimum bid amount for shares is 1000 units, there is no maximum limit on the total number of shares that can be purchased. Despite the fact that bidders have the option to bid for the full issue, they are required to adhere to the Nepal Rastra Bank’s rule that they cannot bid for more shares than the specified number of shares per organization.
Individuals and organizations of all sizes are eligible to participate in the auction.
The auction will be managed by Sanima Capital, which has been appointed. Bids will be accepted in the auction manager’s office on Mangsir 02 from 4 p.m. until the end of the auction.
