Prudential Capital Management Company Limited will begin auctioning the promoter shares of three companies as early as today, according to the company. The auction began today, on the 3rd Mangsir, and will conclude on the 10th Mangsir, in the year 2078.
There will be a public auction of the promoter shares of three financial institutions: Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU), Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GBLBS), and Prime Commercial Bank Limited. Participants in the auction can include private individuals, promoters, and institutions of all sizes.
While the minimum bid quantity is 2,000 units, there is no upper limit on the number of bids accepted. Bidders, on the other hand, are expected to adhere to the Nepal Rastra Bank’s guideline, which states that they must not exceed the specified number of shares per organization.
In this auction, NIC Asia Capital has been designated as the manager.
