Everest Bank Ltd. has upgraded its mobile banking version to the new “Omni Channel” on December 29, 2021, according to the company. Customers of the bank will be able to access the digital platforms from any device, at any time, and from any location thanks to the enhanced m-banking service (mobile, tab, pc, laptop etc.).
The system was officially inaugurated during a ceremony conducted at the Everest Bank Ltd.’s Lazimpat headquarters in the presence of Mr. Sudesh Khaling, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Biswas Dhakal, President and Chairman of the F1Soft Group.
Customers number in the millions at EBL, which is a joint venture with Punjab National Bank and has one of the largest customer bases in the sector. Current banking services of international level are provided by the bank through its extensive domestic network of 105 branches, 31 revenue collection counters and 138 ATMs as well as through its extensive global network, which is the largest in the world.
