Beginner Here – TMS Account Offline Open or Online Open? Which is Better.

Dear Pro Traders of r/NepalStock,

Recently, I joined and started learning about Stock Market. Came to know that MeroShare is only for IPO/Primary Market. And you need to have TMS Account to enter into Secondary Market and start Trading for real. I was wondering which one is better;

* Opening TMS Account Online
* Opening TMS Account Offline – Visiting Broker Office

Also, What are the necessary documents while applying?
