    Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) proposes a dividend of 14 percent for the fiscal year 2077/78.

    The Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) has recommended a 14 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78, according to the company’s website.

    The 206th meeting of the board of directors, which was held on Kartik 8, decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital that had been maintained as of Ashar end, 2078. 10 percent bonus shares worth Rs 96.58 crores and a 4 percent cash dividend (for bonus shares tax purposes) worth Rs 38.63 crores were proposed as part of the dividend distribution.
