entire BFIs is at sus they have a high NPL and the property they hold based on collateral purpose aren’t getting sold which leads to doom in the HOUSING/REAL ESTATE bubble getting larger and larger. Higher interest effects have already started even though those rates are getting short cut but the after-effects are catastrophic
